i forgot about this thing
wow its been sooo fucking long since i have written. i have been so incredibly busy with school. i can't wait until the semester is over...well no..then i am taking classes for both summer sessions. i am trying to graduate before the turn of the century. I havent checked livejournal in a really long time. i seem to be exremely addicted to myspace. i didnt think that would happen but it did. oh well. I heard that our 5 year reunion is coming up. i dont think im gonna go...i dunno

its been awhile
i have not updated in such a long time, i'll keep it kinda short...im finally done the semester, so i have just been relaxing and ejoying the time off. this semester was rediculously stressful.
Christmas and Hanukah were a lot of fun and Aidan got he alsoso many presents. We got him this awesome video game system that hooks up to the TV and plays like 65 nintendo games...i think we have more fun with it than he does :p he got his first snowboard and he was sooooo excited. He liked getting presents for 8 nights...haha who the hell wouldnt? He is getting sooo big.
Chris and I just celebrated our 3 year anniversary. I can't beleive it has been three years...i don't know where the time went. As soon as i am finished school we are going to get married. I hope i am done school soon damnit...i have been in college for like 6 years and i cannot wait to get the hell out.
i guess thats all for now.

Anoter chapter closed
My Aunt Lynn died yesterday morning at 52 years old. She was sick for about 22 years. It is a bitter sweet feeling. One part of me is devastated but the other part of me knows that she is not in pain anymore. It was such a slow tortuous death. We thought she would have died years ago...but she always hung on. She had lived through a heart transplant, a kidney transplant. She did not have an immune system because of the medicine she had to take, and if she got a cold she would end up in the hospital. Her bones were brittle and often broke.
Even with all her pain, she was always so positive. Her laughter echoed off of the walls, and her smile brightened up your day. No matter how much pain she was in, she always wanted to listen to your problems. she apent most of the 22 years in the hospital, but she refused to give up. She is honestly the strongest person i have ever met. I am so lucky that i was so close to her and got to know such an incredible person. she was always there for me. A few days ago i was planning on calling her to say hi but i was too busy.i know i shouldn't do that to myself though. should have, could have...its all meaningless.
I am going to miss her so much. God am i going to miss her. I hope she is okay.
I am so scared because she funeral is going to be an open casket. Everything feels so fucking surreal.
She was the oldest living woman in the United states with a heart transplant.
Her strength and courage never ceased to amaze me. I hope she can rest in peace.

cant think of a subject title
well, Timo and chrissie went back to germany. i was so sad to see them go. they are the sweetest people i have ever met..they are so much fun. anyway, i have been working my ass off lately. chris and i leave for canada on the 11th. i cant wait to go...i need a vacation

An update
I havent wrote in awhile... i just got back from the 4 day "All Good" music festival in west virginia. Helen, Evan and I met Jason, Boris, and Timo there at their last stop on their road trip through the U.S.
omg that festival was so much fucking fun. it rained alot but that made it more interesting. everything was a huge mud slide, and the music was incredible. The people there were all so chill and friendly. There were about 20 thousand people there and it was like a huge city of tents. i thought that would bother me but i actually liked being tent to tent, really close to other people. I Can't wait to go back next year.
Chris had his Graduation the other night and i am so proud of him. he had to give a speech at the graduation and he looked so cute reading a really touching speech.
We have a full house right now. Timo, our friend from Germany is here and his girfriend just arrived the other day and Jason's girlfriend is here too which makes 9 people living in the house. if anyone else wants to stay, come on over.

Doin it New York style
Last weekend Chris went snowboarding so I went to visit Jason and Casey in New york ...it was so much fun. We went to a comedy club, took a walk through central park for a few hours and looked at "The Gates" ( i got a little peice of the fabric some guy was handing out), got a new lip ring, shopped, played lots of boggle, ate alot of chinese food (jason's apartment is in china town) played a shitload of boggle, and saw some big ass sewer rats.
There are some crazy ass people on the subway at 4am. Im horrible...there was this old guy with no teeth eating tin foil and trying to escape out of the subway doors while it was still moving...i knew if i looked at Jason we were both gonna loose it..so of course he looks over at me and we started laughing so hard, we had tears rolling down our faces.
I was in the elevator in Jason's building with some really really drunk kid who had a fake stethoscope around his neck and wanted to know if i wanted to play doctor...hahaha..i politely declined..

its been awhile
For some reason I could not get through to live journal for awhile. It is finally letting me update. Hmmm, what have I been up to.. School is going really well, and i like my classes. Taking the train every day is so much easier than driving into the city. Work is goin good, and I have been watching a shitload of movies lately.
Valentines Day was nice. Chris and Aidan and I went out to dinner. Aidan is getting funnier every day. This morning we were watching cartoons and he gets up off of the couch and starts wiggling his but at me and says "look at my booty mommy, im shakin it" i was peeing myself. I have absolutly no idea where he got that from.
I guess thats all for now. Nothin much happening, but thats not always a bad thing :)

the best day of my life
Chris and I went down the shore for our two year anniversary....that morning when i woke up he asked me to marry him and pulled out the most beautiful ring....of course i started crying and said "yes" WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have never been so elated in my life...i havent been able to stop smiling. i cannot wait to share my life with him.

ho ho ho
We went to a family hannuka party lat night. one of the presents that chris and i recieved was a talking picture frame. so i come downstairs this morning and Aidan is playing with it. there are two fake pictures of two little girls that came with the frame. So, Aidan wants to record his voice. Chris sets it up for him and he talkes into it and Aidan says "hello...the girls arent listening" so he walks away with the picture frame and goes and sits on the couch. he totally forgets that its his voice on picture frame so he tries to have a conversation with the two girls in the frame. so he makes it talk and it says "hello" and he says hello back. then it says "The girls arent listening" so he screams "IM A BOY" he thought the girls in the picture were talking to him when really it was his own voice. chris and i were fucking peeing ourselves.

a small update
I got accepted into the Social Work program at Temple!! :) im really excited. I am going to start in January. Other than that not much else goin on. I had a really nice birthday, work is goin really well...everyone is so nice! This weekend Chris and I are going down the shore to escape for a few days

A funny story
Yesterday i went to the pharmacy to pick something up, i leave and walk back to my car, get in and see that I left the keys in the ignition. Then i realize i have another set of the same keys in my hand...i was so confused. So i started up the car and I light a ciggerette and go to put on a CD. I look down and realize that the car didnt have a cd player...and then i realized..I WAS IN SOMEONE ELSES CAR!! so I quickly get out of the car and jump into mine and then i saw that i left my prescriptions in that other person's car. so i have to go back into her car and get my stuff out of there. So I run back to my car and try to start it...the car wont start...i accidently took the other lady's keys, so i had to go BACK into her car to get the right keys. it was so rediuclous and i couldnt stop laughing. This man sitting in the parking lot looked at me like i was insane.

I finally got my application into Temple..now i just wait and hope that i get accepted. I want to start in the spring and I am going to major in Social Work.
I got my job back and hollywood video and I start again on Monday. I am so glad I finally found a job...I am so tired of laying on the couch like a blob and watching T.V. all day.
Chris and I won free Karate lessons for two weeks. We went for the first time last night...damn, I didnt realize how out of shape I was. Its a really cool class that involves all different styles of fighting. I have a feeling that after the two weeks is up, Chris and I will probably sign up and keep going with it, if we can afford it.

Chris and I went over to Derek and Stacy's house to watch the eagles game. They have a really cute kitten named Jezzabelle. As i was leaving the bathroom i felt this thing grab my leg...scared the living fuck out of me..this weird rediculous noise came out of my throat and i looked down and i see the cats out-stretched paw grabbing me. I didnt realize that they had put her back in her cage in the bathroom. oy vay..oh god did i just type that? im turning into an old jewish lady....thats fucked up.

Not Exactly Mother Of The Year
Aidan woke up this morning crying and throwing a fit that he did not want to go to school because he wanted to stay home and play with me...i didnt know what to do. i felt like if i let him stay home, he would throw a fit every day to try and stay home from school, so i made him go. i feel sooo bad now that i didnt let him stay home with me...i feel like a shitty mom.

1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.... I know
where my watch is pal, where the hell is yours? Do I point at my crotch
when I ask where the toilet is?
2. People who are willing to get off their ass to search the entire room
for the tv remote because they refuse to walk to the tv and change the
channel
manually.
3. When people say "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it too".
Damn right! What good is c ake if you can't eat it?
4. When people say "it's always the last place you look". Of course it
is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people
do
this? Who and where are they? Gonna Kick their asses!
5. When people say while watching a film "did you see that?". No Loser, I
paid $12 to come to the cinema and stare at the damn floor.
6. People who ask "Can I ask you a question?".... Didn't really give me a
choice there, did ya sunshine?
7. When something is 'new and improved!'. Which is it? If it's new, then
there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then
there must have been something before it, couldn't be new.
8. When people say "life is short". What the hell?? Life is the longest
damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?
9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks "Has the bus come
yet?". If the bus came would I be standing here, dumbass?

another sleepless night
uhhh the mono is really kickin my ass tonight....i feel so damn sick. im just tryin to listen to music and gettin my body to chill out. i have a good weekend comin up though. friday night we are goin out to the bar with Erin to watch her boyfriends band play. Saturday night we are goin out for Suzies birthday and sunday im going to a family reunion. it should be a lot of fun. i just hope my body holds up.

Aidan left yesterday for 3 weeks :( he is goin to his grammy's house for a week and then down the shore with Chris's grandmom for another two weeks. im gonna miss that boy soooo much!!
Jason called from Germany. he is having an awesome time. he and Timo got there nipples peirced. my parents are SOOOOO PISSED! i dont see what the big deal is at all. my mom said when she comes home she is going to rip them out. she is so over dramatic about things like that.
I am going to see Spiderman 2 tonight. it looks so good, i really hope it is.
